BATS
A colony of bats inside your home can be very destructive. They can destroy insulation, and their feces and urine will cause staining and an awful odor.
The best way to identify bats in your home is to listen for scratching or high-pitched squeaking sounds. You can also watch and see if any enter the home. Bats can enter through a hole as small as 3/8” in diameter
